About Us
Advantage Property Solutions L.L.C. was started in 2006 to help people realize their dream of home ownership. We are not a bank with money to lend, we are a real estate investment company that rents to own houses to people to help rebuild their credit and get back on track to owning a home of their own. This way of buying a house also helps people who don't have a credit rating yet (ie: just graduated from college) build a good rating so they will be able to get a conventional mortgage as well as good interest rates on other things they wish to purchase in the future.
